THE expanding Ipswich suburb of Collingwood Park just keeps getting bigger, with the new Woodlinks Estate releasing its 100th house block this month.

More than $17 million in house and land sales have been made at Woodlinks since the first blocks went on the market in early 2016.

The Collingwood Park community has blossomed up out of the scrub, with 75 home sites sold and the first residents settling into their new neighbourhood.

Remaining home sites are available from prices ranging from $167,300 to $201,400 with blocks sized 300 to 580sq m.

The Village Building Co sales and marketing manager Elisha Watson said the 78ha WoodLinks Village would eventually fit in 800 homes, with more than 30% of the developed area to be retained as open space.

"Home sites are being taken up quickly at Woodlinks Village due to the community's proximity to a range of amenities, including a 5000sqm on-site family park complete with play equipment and Woodlinks Primary School and Woolworths Marketplace, which are both within walking distance," she said. …
