RUGBY LEAGUE: Kim Williams was lost for words at full-time, stunned at how his side capitulated after a promising first half.

Leading at the break, the Capras followed up with what Williams said was "the worst 40 minutes all year", to go down to the Wynnum- Manly Seagulls at home 36-18.

Bombs were dropped, penalties were conceded, tackles were missed - a similar story at Browne Park all season.

The Capras are too often their own worst enemy.

An understandably frustrated Williams said he could not identify why things went so pear shaped.

"Again completions were down, nine from 17 in the second half," he said.

"At half-time we were in the lead and things were all very positive. Then we dropped the ball on the first set and set the tone from there. …
