IT was in the spotlight earlier this year when it appeared on Channel 4's Four in a Bed. And now the Fox Inn in Guisborough is serving up its next move - with a new chef in the restaurant who's well-known for her great food.

The pub and B&B, which appeared on television in June and took a close second in the competition, has brought Nicola Moore on board.

Chef Nicola previously worked at Tocketts Mill in Guisborough, which was crowned Teesside's best roast dinner last year by Gazette readers.

"Nicola is well-known in the area - she's just left Tocketts Mill," said landlord Michael Crane.

"Her food is great and we are so happy to get her on board."

Nicola will officially launch the food next Tuesday, September 5. Her carvery will be served every day from 11.30am until 6pm, alongside a main menu Monday to Saturday, 11.30am until 8pm.

There will also be Nicola's "wellknown PS3 menu", which features dishes such as lasagne and half a parmo, and a choice of slimming meals within the main menu. …
