ZEUS has been a part of our family all of his five years.

Being a dog owner has a lot of responsibilities, not only caring for them with adequate shelter and food, but also it helps to train your dog in obedience.

Behaviour problems are a big factor in why a lot of dogs are abandoned and then unable to find new homes if they're put into animal shelters.

The only training my dog has was from myself and hubby and he's a good dog most of the time.

My fault is I didn't let him socialise with other dogs so now being as big as he is, I'm wary of him.

Most of the time he just wants to play, but if another dog tries to dominate that's when his hair will arch up on his back and then I know I'm in trouble.

He's very protective and loyal and his walks have been very, very few because he's just so big and strong and on a couple of occasions he's not only snapped the lead around his head, but also the hand-held lead and his harness. …
