Failure to Find Leith-Al Touch Frustrates Rangers; SCOTTISH LEAGUE

BERWICK manager Robbie Horn admits his side are still lacking some quality, but says they are grinding out results.

After a 1-1 draw at home to Edinburgh City on Saturday, which meant his side have now lost only one of their previous six league and cup matches, he said: "I think a draw was probably a fair result and a true reflection on the game.

"I am happy with the performance because as everyone can see, the lads are giving 100% effort, but sometimes the quality just isn't there.

"It was a match which really only produced two pieces of quality, and they both resulted in fantastic goals.

"What we are doing, however, is making ourselves difficult to beat. The point keeps the gap on the teams below us in the table, and that's a good thing, because I don't want the players looking over their shoulders all the time. I want them to have the pressure off so they can go out and express themselves."

In a game of few chances, Spaniard Jesus Garcia Tena put the visitors in front just two minutes into the second half before Michael McKenna scored a spectacular equaliser. …
