THERE were wins for all three home clubs in the quarter-finals of the George Davison Cup as Amble Tavern, Blyth Town Sunday and East Chevington booked their semi-final places.

Amble won 4-2 at home to Bedlington Social Club United.

Both Baker boys Rob and Jake were on target with two each.

Goals for the Bedlington side came from Joe Bolam and Chris Hay.

Blyth Town saw off High Street for the secomd time this season in cup competitions.

They triumphed 5-0 with counters from Daniel Carr, Rob Ridley, James Sinton, Kevin Long and Ryan McKee.

East Chevington triumphed 3-1 against Ashington Town Central.

Max Anderson (2) and Darren Smith scored for the home side, Michael Todd for the Central. In the only game in the Premier Division, nine goals were registered as Whitehouse took the points with a 6-3 victory against Cramlington Green.

Jordan Lashley led the Whitehouse scoring with a hat-trick.

Further strikes came from Ryan Wilson, Robert Watt and Calum Greive. …
