CHRIS Coleman has praised Sunderland captain John O'Shea and says more leaders in the dressing room like him are what the Black Cats need to get out of the trouble they are in. O'Shea has been at Sunderland for six years but some fans aimed blame at him for the club's struggles in those years. Despite finally falling out of the Premier League in the summer, the Black Cats' troubles have continued as they sit third bottom in the Championship. However, 36-year-old O'Shea has recently came back into the side since Coleman landed the job - and the new Sunderland boss has been very impressed with the Republic of Ireland international. Coleman said of O'Shea: "Every day he is one of the best trainers. He eats well, trains well, recovers well. Talks brilliantly.
