WEST HAM, Tottenham and Chelsea will make changes, but they will be very careful.

David Moyes has just got Hammers fans back on side and he does not want to go out of the FA Cup. The supporters will be hoping they have a good run and they will not want to go out to a lower--league club because Moyes decides to rest a load of players.

West Ham do not play again for a week, so I think they will go quite strong. They have some really top--quality creative players in Manuel Lanzini (right) and Marko Arnautovic, who are more than capable of despatching Shrewsbury.

With the qualities Spurs and Chelsea have, you would say the same even more so against AFC Wimbledon and Norwich. But it is all about application.

The same old message comes across from every manager when you are playing a lower--league club: match their effort and match their commitment and you will win. The quality will come through if you remain focused and do not become complacent. …
