I AM very pleased to see the rollout of TransLink's go explore card on the Sunshine Coast.

The council has been working with TransLink for some time to bring the benefits of the card to our region. Having the card allows very simple-to-use, unlimited daily travel on Sunshine Coast buses for $10 per day for adults and $5 per day for children. Cards are available from selected retailers including 7-Eleven stores and Night Owl stores, and can be topped up conveniently on the bus. TIME is running out for local arts-sector professionals to apply for the final position on the Sunshine Coast Arts Advisory Board, with applications set to close at 5pm on January 30.
