Debicki's Secret to Not Being Spotted on the Tube? Never Wear Lipstick

SHE IS 6ft 2ins and became a household name after appearing in The Night Manager. But Elizabeth Debicki has a simple tactic for going incognito on the train.

"If I put a bit of lippy on before I jumped on the Tube, I would get [recognised by] maybe one or two people," the Australian actress, 27, told ES Magazine. "But if I look like death warmed up on my way to rehearsal or something, nobody would blink. So basically: just don't wear lipstick. Which I don't."

Debicki had her big break in 2013's The Great Gatsby playing Jordan Baker, before landing the role of Jed in The Night Manager, the BBC adaptation of John le Carre's spy thriller. Her blockbuster roles include the villainous Ayesha in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2. Of fame, she said: "I think it can happen to people who it doesn't suit and I think that there are some people who it really does suit: it feeds their art and it feeds the platform they want to work on and all that. …
