SEC Basketball Notebook: Can Texas A&M Turn It Around?

Article excerpt

Byline:

Less than two weeks ago, Texas A&M began SEC play as the fifthuranked team in the country, with a threeupoint loss to Arizona on a neutral court its only blemish.

It was the second such shot Waters hit in as many possessions. And it stunned the Aggies.

"We needed something good to happen to us," Wade said. "Certainly, I think that shot can provide a jolt for us, can give us something that we can build off of as we move forward. …
