AT THE end of May, a special fever grips Casino, the Beef Capital of Australia.

It's commonly known as Beef Week fever, where shops are transformed, business owners dress up, buskers perform, butchers provide breakfast and everyone just has a great time.

It's a festival that attracts more than 30,000 people, and there are hundreds of reasons why you should make an effort to attend this year.
