More Special Days Needed

Article excerpt

MOTHER'S Day has been done and dusted. My wife and I were treated to an excellent lunch, along with a few of our friends.

It would be marked by kids throughout the country surreptitiously slipping into the principal's office late on the previous evening and pinning a note to his door saying "Do you realise that Mr/Mrs is a miserable old s--t and should be banned from teaching forever".

This would be a great learning experience for the principal and excellent training for any of the kids hoping to go on to a university.

The lecture theatres of our more dodgy universities could all have back rows reserved for these kids. …
