Indee Think Tank member Euripides Smith was holding forth. Although rarely quoted in major media, Euripides prides himself on being the Yandina Royal Watcher.

With a captive audience of Think Tankers - Raelene and Wocka Johansen, Euripides continued: "All the royals would have given Meghan some helpful advice - Her Majesty, on how to smile relentlessly despite how badly things might be going.

"The royal father-in-law, Charles, would certainly have given Meghan a pre-wedding demo of how to execute the royal wave. 'Imagine, Meghan, that you're unscrewing the lid of an extremely large peanut butter jar'."

Talk at this week's Indee Think Tank gathering was very much in royal vein, not so much because of last weekend's nuptials but more because the upcoming comedy season of Bow Wave 2 - the Kiwi Connection includes Captain Martello's brainwave of holding a "come as a member of the Royal Family" line-dancing competition. …
