JAGS SIGN DRAFT PICK

The Jaguars have signed guard Anthony Cesario, the team's third-round draft choice. Length and terms of the contract were not disclosed. The 6-foot-6, 312-pound Cesario started all 12 games in 1998 for Colorado State and was a consensus All-America first-team choice. The Jags now have 81 of 82 players on their roster under contract for the 1999 season, with only first-round draft choice Fernando Bryant left to sign. "While this leaves one player remaining, talks have gone well and we expect that the other contract will be done in a timely manner." said Michael Huyghue, senior vice president of football operations.
