Following are crimes and other incidents reported recently in Mandarin to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

BURGLARY:

A stereo system was stolen from a car inside Sterling Auto Body Centers, 9655 St. Augustine Road. Police said someone entered the fenced-in yard behind the business between 5 p.m. Nov. 2 and 7 a.m. the next day and got inside a car that was there waiting for repairs.

THEFT:

An 80-year-old woman reported a pickpocket stole her wallet from her purse while she was shopping at a department store in the 10000 block of San Jose Boulevard between noon and 1 p.m. Thursday.

AUTO THEFT:

A Mandarin man reported that his 1991 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen from his apartment complex in the 4200 block of Sunbeam Road between 11 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday.

AUTO BURGLARY:

A stereo valued at $200 was stolen from a car in an apartment complex at 9047 San Jose Blvd. Police said someone broke a side window between 8:30 p. …
