Britain's Got Talent Tonight, ITV, 8pm FROM Armenian siblings the Vardanyan Brothers balancing on sword tips to Jonathan Goodwin's fiery escapology act the other week, this is shaping up to be one of the most memorable series in BGT history.

As usual, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams will be passing judgment while acts from all over the world risk life and limb to get through to the next stage. Oh, and some acts will be truly terrible. Ant and Dec are your hosts.

TRAVEL MAN: 48 HOURS IN TALLINN Monday, Channel 4, 8.30pm RICHARD AYOADE is joined by TV and radio presenter Alice Levine for a two-day break in the Estonian capital Tallinn.

The pair head to the top of the country's tallest building, while Alice gives a masterclass in TV presenting, and they walk through a thousand years of Estonian history - including peeping Toms and a cold-war cocktail.

They also visit an old KGB outpost, try the sport of kick sledging and sample some new Baltic cuisine, before boarding a submarine for a recap.

BAKE OFF: THE PROFESSIONALS Tuesday, Channel 4, 8pm HERE'S a chance to see the experts in action as Liam Charles and Tom Allen return to welcome more teams from top hotels, restaurants and small businesses as they do battle in the kitchen.

In the first of two heats, judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin challenge six duos to craft two batches of Linzer tortes and Bakewell tarts, before giving them five hours to re-invent the humble red velvet cake as an extraordinary showpiece. …
