Following are crimes and other incidents reported recently on the Westside to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Armed robbery:

The Hardee's restaurant in the 800 block of Lane Avenue South was robbed by an armed gunman at 8:49 p.m. Sunday.

A cashier told police she was waiting on another customer and opened the cash register. The gunman came around the counter and pointed a rusty black revolver at her as he took money from the cash drawer. The gunman then walked the cashier over to the cash register by the drive-through window and made her open it so he could steal more money. A police report said $942.27 was stolen in the robbery. No one was injured.

Aggravated battery/domestic violence:

Police say they will seek an arrest warrant charging a man, 42, with aggravated battery/domestic violence after he fought with his wife, 30, over their car outside their home in the 9400 block of Delsay Street at 6:15 p.m. Sunday.

During the argument, the man pushed his wife out of their car and then ran over her, inflicting minor abrasions and bruises. Police said the woman had tire tread marks on her clothing. The husband fled before police arrived.

Battery/domestic violence:

Police arrested a man, 31, on battery/domestic violence charges after he reportedly assaulted his live-in girlfriend, 37, in their apartment in the 5900 block of Firestone Road at 6:50 p.m. Sunday.

The woman said her boyfriend came home from a football game very drunk and started punching her in the face. He pushed her down the stairs in their apartment and she ran outside and got into her car. Before she could leave, her boyfriend kicked out the driver's window of her car, inflicting several scratches on her face.
