FREEDOM SHRINE -- Neptune Beach City Hall soon will showcase various historical documents, thanks to the Jacksonville Beaches Exchange Club.

At the request of local clubs, the National Exchange Club provides reproductions of some of its 30 Freedom Shrine documents such as the Declaration of Independence and John F. Kennedy's inaugural address on plaques, and installs the documents at local places.
