The Middle Years students of OLSCC have been contesting a UNO Tournament in the school library each lunch during Term 4.

Teams of four played each other in a competition that was held like a round robin. The winner of each team's game would play the winners of other teams and rounds were held over two days of the week. Eventually the champions from each team and round got together to decide the ultimate UNO player of all OLSCC Middle Years students.

I was so lucky to be in the final four players in the Year 5 competition. Grace Gallagher, Callum Bundy, Joel Hayward and I sat down on the last day of the tournament to play the last game. It was the decider!

We played all of lunch time. Sometimes Grace was in the lead and other times it was one of the three boys. …
