Tears as Richard and Judy Say Goodbye to ITV after 13 Years

RICHARD and Judy fan George Michael rang the final This Morning show today to give an emotional farewell message to the TV presenters.

But the surprise phone-in from their millionaire friend proved too much for Judy Finnigan, who minutes later burst into floods of tears.

Pop singer Michael rang the show's final phone-in and said: "First I'd like to say thank you very much for easing me into the day for the last 10 years.

You will be sorely missed in this household and I'm sure lots of people think the same thing."

Then, to the fury of ITV bosses, he cheekily made reference to their departure to Channel 4, adding: "Also, what time is the show you're not allowed to talk about?"

Finnigan gasped as her husband Richard Madeley answered: "We are absolutely ordered not to talk about it. But it's later on."

Michael then turned his attention to the show's agony aunt Denise Knowles, telling her: "I think you are a real diamond. …
