Developer Charlie Skinner said yesterday that construction should start next month on the Point Meadows Shopping Center, a neighborhood plaza that Jacksonville-based retailers Stein Mart Inc. and Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. confirm they will anchor.

Plans show that the center will comprise five buildings, the largest being the 102,602-square-foot building that will include the two anchors and other retail space.
