Churchill-Brown Settles into Nichols Hills Office in Oklahoma City

Churchill-Brown, an independently owned Oklahoma City real estate company, has finally settled into its new office space in Nichols Hills Plaza.

The company, founded in 1979 by Monty Churchill and Kermit Brown, has grown to four offices and more than 200 associates.

In May 2006 the company set up a Nichols Hills office at the Glenbrook Center East, 1120 NW 63rd St. In 2004 that building was purchased by Chesapeake Energy Corp. for about $5.4 million.

Earlier this year, Churchill-Brown started moving north across NW 63rd Street to the Nichols Hills Plaza shopping center, 6447 Avondale Dr., which is also owned by Chesapeake. The full relocation was recently completed.

Wil Gooding, manager of the Nichols Hills office, said accessibility and visibility were two reasons the company chose the shopping center where clients can literally pull up to the front door.

The new space has about 3,600 square feet, up from about 3,000 square feet at the previous office. …
