Price Edwards Works 26 Commercial Leases across Oklahoma

Price Edwards participated in 26 commercial lease transactions in Oklahoma totaling 136,349 square feet of office and retail space.

The biomedical manufacturing company Cytovance leased 26,000 square feet in building five of the Presbyterian Health Foundation Research Park. It also leased 8,137 square feet for use as a laboratory and subleased 4,512 square feet. Tom Fields handled the leases.

Aaron Rents subleased 23,651 square feet of retail space in the West Main Center at 2211 W. Main St. in Norman. Karleen Krywucki handled the deal.

The Book Market leased 13,823 square feet in the Mayfair Village shopping center, NW 50th Street and May Avenue. The national book retailer will occupy the space for a three-month period. Susan Brinkley managed the lease.

GC Services leased 12,000 square feet in the Council Crossing shopping center, 8121 Northwest Expressway. The company provides telephone collection services by outsourcing as a call center. Pat Barnes handled the lease.

Goodwill leased 7,500 square feet in the Village Plaza shopping center, 1517-1523 W. Britton Road. The space will be used for a thrift store. Barnes handled the transaction.

Alan and Mimi Erwin leased 4,800 square feet in the Willow Park shopping center, 6738 NW Cache Road in Lawton. The Erwin's will open an oriental restaurant in the space. Pat Barnes and Chad Cochell handled the lease.

Victore Insurance leased 4,397 square feet in the Northwest Office Center, 4334 Northwest Expressway. Todd Glass handled the negotiations.

Portobello's Italian Kitchen leased a 4,200-square-foot former Grandy's restaurant at 800 S. Broadway in Edmond. The Italian restaurant is scheduled to open in January. Brinkley handled the lease.

Robert Mitchell and Associates leased 3,974 square feet in the 4101 Perimeter Center building. Glass handled the transaction.

Smith Roberts Land Service, an engineering company, renewed its lease of 3,325 square feet in The Registry office building, 2200 NW 50th St. Fields negotiated the lease.

Western Delaware, a vocational rehabilitation program, renewed its lease of 2,600 square feet in the Westernview Professional Building, 7249 S. Western Ave. Brinkley handled the deal.

C.C.'s Children's Wear renewed its lease of 2,457 square feet in the Casady Square shopping center, 9231 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Brinkley handled the lease.

Headcovers Unlimited leased 2,155 square feet in the Tiffany Plaza shopping center, 2015 W. Broadway in Ardmore. Brinkley and Cochell handled the transaction.

The Oklahoma Telephone Association renewed its lease of 2,104 square feet in the Harvey Parkway office building, 301 NW 63rd St. Fields handled the negotiations.

NAMI Oklahoma leased 1,980 square feet in The E.K. Gaylord Building, 500 N. Broadway. Glass handled the lease.
