OK-Based New Wine Hay and Feed Becomes Public Company

New Wine Hay and Feed Inc., an equine-related business in Oklahoma and Tennessee, opened trading as a public company Wednesday.

President and Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Landers, who operates his Oklahoma office out of Idabel, said he's excited about making the move.

A couple years ago Wall Street wanted to get new and exciting companies on the markets, and I hope we are one of those they had in mind, Landers said. This is something kings and queens would like.

New Wine Hay and Feed (Pink Sheets: NWHF) provides feed to racehorses at various tracks and matches horse owners with trainers and breeders.

I went public to make it more valuable, and I've put together a program that deals in feed, hay and trainers, Landers said. Owners come to me and I set them up with whatever they need. Basically I did this because there really isn't anything like it out there.

At the Oklahoma operation, Landers picks up feed in the state and distributes it wherever it's needed. …
