Oklahoma 'Achievers under 40' Profile: Trevor Francis

At 17, Trevor Francis sold his first company, valued at $1 million-plus. While earning two degrees at the University of Oklahoma, he launched Fiberhaus Consulting, a consulting and software design company.

Fiberhaus provides technology businesses solutions for companies. Specialties include network consulting, structured cabling, Web site design and hosting and software development. Fiberhaus reported 300 percent growth its first year.

Today, he's 24 and still at it, with offices in four countries.

Francis is the youngest achiever on this year's Journal Record list.

A Dallas transplant, he is extraordinarily passionate about the future of Oklahoma City and the voice 20-somethings could have about the direction it will take.

Consequently, he launched the Alliance of Emerging Professionals - 20-somethings who meet monthly to discuss ways for Oklahoma City to grow properly. The group has grown to 300 participants in less than a year and provides volunteer opportunities and a team-building platform for the state's emerging young talent. …
