OKC Urban Renewal Development Authority Approves Agreement for Townhouse Project

Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Development Authority commissioners on Wednesday unanimously approved the redevelopment agreement for The Hill Urban Town Home Residential Development presented by The Hill at Bricktown LLC.

Site preparation for the $40 million project, which proposed 171 townhouses with two-car garages in an upscale community, is set to begin within 90 days.

While the amenities will be extraordinary including the tree- lined streets, lush landscaping, charming streetlights, benches, water features, we carefully ensured the overall architectural identity captures the spirit of this historic neighborhood during its prime in the 1920s and 1930s, said William Canfield, principal of The Hill at Bricktown.

One-, two- and three-bedroom units will range from 1,387 to 3,100 square feet. Amenities include large living spaces, open dining rooms, gourmet kitchens, oversized bedrooms with abundant closets and bathroom space. Prices will range from $200,000 to $475,000.

Within the community there will be a fitness facility, pool, spa, concierge services that include reservations and dry cleaning. …
