St. Louis-Based Software Co. to Open Customer Service Facility in Ponca City, Hire 50 Employees

A meeting at a trade show in March has yielded more than 50 jobs for Ponca City.

A St. Louis-based software company announced plans on Thursday to open a customer service, sales and testing facility in Ponca City. Host Analytics expects to have more than 50 employees at the North American Center of Excellence.

These are highly paid, professional positions and we have a skilled, experience work force looking for these jobs, said Darrell Stolhand, chairman of the Ponca City Development Authority. It's a good fit.

The move will allow the company to add customer service, sales and testing operations into a consolidated center.

The business performance management software includes budgeting and financial reporting software. The software was designed to help companies comply with the Sarbanes Oxley legislation, said Jim Eberlin, president of Host Analytics.

We needed a cost-competitive community close to our current St. Louis location that had the skilled work force, business infrastructure and support needed for our industry, Eberlin said. Ponca City offered everything we needed. …
