Dream show will open

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett and his wife, Victoria Bartlett, will preside at the formal opening of the Dream Exhibit at the Tulsa Historical Society Museum, 2445 S. Peoria, on Wednesday.

The exhibit is sponsored by the Williams Cos. Tulsa is the first American city to host the Dream Exhibit, which was designed to help children, parents and grandparents dream a better future.

The opening from 7 until 9 p.m. will include musical selections by the Tulsa Children's Chorus and a multimedia presentation by author Susan V. Bosak. The public is encouraged to reserve seats for the Dream Exhibit and the reception with refreshments. Each attendee will receive a free, sparkling Dreamer pin.

The Dream Exhibit, which will be in Tulsa through 2012, is directly linked to the Across the Generations initiative, designed to help Tulsa address shifting demographics.
