"I said, `Lady, if I was your husband, I'd eat 'em.' "

A Heavyweight Tribute: The city of Louisville is providing $20,000 in seed money to set up a museum honoring native son MUHAMMAD ALI, his boxing career, life and humanitarianism.

Expected to open in about three years, the museum will contain memorabilia and videos of Ali's greatest fights and also pay tribute to his Islamic religion, his benevolences and his life and values.

The center directors plan to raise $5 million or more from foundations, corporations and friends of Ali to develop the museum and set up an endowment to operate it.
