The Teen Trifecta a Breakdown of the Summer's Biggest Teen-Ager Flicks

Three women, accompanied by three children somewhat shy of pre-teenhood, bought tickets to see "Kids" the day after it opened at the Tivoli. When the women handed the tickets to the usher at the entrance to the theater, he told them that the movie was totally inappropriate for children their age.

"Why?" asked one of the women.

"Well ma'am, for starters there's oral sex," the usher explained.

Actually, there's more talk about oral sex than graphic depiction, but a lot else in "Kids" that make it unsuitable for the more junior segment of that population. Frankly, the movie's pretty rough to watch no matter how old you are.
