Wendell John Duncan

Wendell John Duncan, 79, of Wentzville, died Tuesday (Oct. 24, 1995) at Barnes Hospital St. Peters.

Mr. Duncan was retired after working as an officer with the Veterans Administration.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at T.E. Pitman Funeral Home, 909 Pitman Avenue, Wentzville. Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Oliney, Ill.

Among survivors are his wife, Charlene B. Duncan of Wentzville, and a daughter, Janet Null of Wentzville.

Edna B. Hurst, 82, of St. Charles, died Wednesday (Oct. 25, 1995) at Meadowbrook Manor in St. Charles.

Miss Hurst was a seamstress in St. Louis.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Baue Funeral Home, 311 Wood Street, O'Fallon. Burial will be at Lake Charles Memorial Park, 7775 St. Charles Rock Road.

There are no immediate survivors.

Dennis Finazzo, 45, of O'Fallon, died Wednesday (Oct. 25, 1995) at St. Louis University Hospital.

Mr. Finazzo was disabled since serving in the Marines in the Vietnam War.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Baue Funeral Home, 311 Wood Street, O'Fallon. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be private.

Among survivors are his wife, Cassa J. Finazzo of O'Fallon; three daughters, Lisa Beno of St. Louis, Angela Little of Atlanta and Tonya Finazzo of St. Charles; a stepdaughter, Madeleine Merz of O'Fallon; a stepson, Joshua Merz of O'Fallon; his parents, Clarence and Carmella Finazzo of Las Vegas; two brothers, Clarence Finazzo Jr. of Hazelwood and James Finazzo of Tennesse; and a grandchild.

Zola Clare Cox, 83, of St. Peters and formerly of the Foley/Elsberry area, died Tuesday (Oct. 24, 1995) at her home.

Mrs. Cox was retired after working as a teacher. She belonged to the First Christian Church in Elsberry.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 South Fifth Street, Elsberry. Burial will be at Elsberry City Cemetery.
