The session: 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Alton Belle On a gorgeous spring day, what could be better than a peaceful cruise on the Mis sissippi? Certainly not a session in a smoky dark casino. Judging by the sparse gathering on the Alton Belle this day, I assume a lot of gamblers agreed with me. The Belle had only one roulette table open, fewer than a half-dozen blackjack tables and one Caribbean stud table. There was plenty of room at each table, so I pulled up a chair for Carib bean stud. What follows is how you can beat the dealer on four out of six hands in Caribbean stud and lose money.
