Friday Bull's eye: This is the 25th anniversary of the Blueberry Hill Dart Tournament -- the largest and oldest pub tournament in the United States. Dart aficionados from 25 states and Canada will compete for more than $12,000 in prize money and a chance to get their picture posted on the famous Wall of Fame. World War II -- take one: When accepting her Oscar for best actress, Frances McDormand made an impassioned plea not for Tibetan independence or Native American rights, but for better roles for actresses. "Paradise Road," director Bruce Beresford's ("Tender Mercies," "Dri ving Miss Daisy") film about female World War II prisoners, may have been exactly what McDormand meant. The movie, based on a true story, centers on a disparate group of women imprisoned in a Japanese war camp, who form a vocal orchestra as an act of defiance and hope.
