Windjamming: The St. Louis Eagles invite you to experience a lazy but exciting Sunday afternoon as they sponsor a radio-controlled sailboat regatta in Ferguson's January Wabash Park beginning at noon. These miniature yachts are powered strictly by the wind and can cost up to $500. Even at this price, the Eagles are allowing members of the gallery to actually steer the boats for some hands-on sailing. Admission is free, but a $5 membership fee will give you the chance to soar with the Eagles twice a month through October and receive their monthly newsletter. For more information on this Sunday's regatta or locations of future regattas, call 869-4772.

Toy stories: Make your reservation now for next Thursday's "Crumpets and Tea" at 2:30 p.m. at The Eugene Field House and St. Louis Toy Museum. To make reservations, send a check or money order for $8 per person ($6 for members) to the Eugene Field House, 634 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO, 63102. For more information, call 421-4689.
