Actor KEN WAHL promised to love, honor and stay sober during his marriage to SHANE BARBI. The former "Wiseguy" star married the Playboy model on Wednesday. The nuptials took place at Las Vegas' Little White Chapel. Wahl, 40, got out of a live-in alcohol rehab program the day before. He was sentenced to the program after pleading no contest to scarring a counter with a knife when a bartender refused to serve him any more drinks. He and his bride, 33, met in a grocery story. Ex-Prez JIMMY CARTER is ready to job again. He's recovered from a bite from some dratted spider in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, last month. The bite left him with an infected knee and a shortened trip. CHUCK NORRIS is furious with a man named Bill Cavenaugh. Norris had to go to court to keep Cavenaugh from dressing up like "Walker, Texas Ranger," Norris' character in a TV series. Cavenaugh was using the disguise in commercials for a Wisconsin car dealership. Now Cavenaugh is fighting back. He's put up a billboard in downtown Dallas that reads: "Thanks to Chuck Norris I am an unemployed commercial actor." He included a phone number - and a picture of him as the Walker character. Vindictive paparazzi have snubbed FRAN DRESCHER and SYLVESTER STALLONE for criticizing them, and now they're poised to cold-shoulder GEORGE CLOONEY - a major critic - at the premiere of his new film, "The Peacemaker. …
