Belleville (618) 233-0397 *On the Menu: Mexican specialties, including tacos, enchiladas, tostadas, burritos, tamales, nachos, Spanish rice and refried beans. Real shredded cheese topped the other dishes. The crispy tortilla shells are fresh-fried and very tasty. A Mexican sundae ($2.25) was delicious - vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with ground cinnamon, served in one of those great tortilla shells. *Countdown: People wait in line at Hazel & Betty's for Mexican food at lunch and dinner, so just sign in and make the best of it. Our wait was less than 15 minutes, and service is speedy. …
