(54822) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 124,366 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Santa Fe Energy Company. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. For an order permitting an off-pattern well in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units established by Order No. 182,509 (issued 1/16/81) for the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Layton, Culp, Melton, First Deese, Second Deese, Skinner, Red Fork, Atoka, Morrow and Springer common sources of supply underlying and comprised of Section 12, Township 10 North Range 14 West, Washita County, Oklahoma for a well to be drilled 1065 feet north of the south line and 1180 feet east of the west line of said Section 12; and designating applicant or some other person as operator.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To All Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties in Section 12, Township 10 North, Range 14 West, Washita County, Oklahoma; and the offsetting lands to said of Section 12 and more particularly, the following persons, their heirs, devisees, assigns, legatees, trustees, executors, administrators, and successors of all kinds: Sanguine, Ltd. and Conoco, Inc.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant a well location exception without penalty upon allowable production for the 640-acre drilling and spacing units comprised of Section 12, T10N, R14W, Washita County, Oklahoma established by Order No. 182,509 for the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Layton, Culp, Melton, FirstDeese, Second Deese, Skinner, Red Fork, Atoka, Morrow and Springer common sources of supply for a well to be located 1065 feet north of the south line and 1180 feet east of the west line of said Section 12. Under said Order No. 182,509 (issued 1/16/81), the Commission established the permitted well location of said 640-acre units to be no closer than 1320 feet from the boundaries of said 640-acre units. …
