NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of Oklahoma City will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance, extending the limits of the Planned Unit Development District from the Planned Unit Development District. A public hearing will be held by the City Council on May 21, 1985. The City Council meets in the Council Room, 3rd Floor, Municipal Building, 200 North Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Under the terms of said ordinance, the limits of and boundaries of the ""PUD'' Planned Unit Development District would be extended to include the following described property:

A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4; thence North 00 degrees 27'34" West along the West line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 455.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of Memorial Road, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 39'41" East along said right-of-way line a distance of 2098.55 feet; thence North 78 degrees 21'06" East along said right-of-way line a distance of 254.95 feet; thence North 89 degrees 38'03'' East along said right-of-way line a distance of 302.47 feet to the East line of said SW 1/4; thence North 00 degrees 22'48" West along said East line a distance of 2124.63 feet to the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4; thence South 89 degrees 49'10" West along the North line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 1327.05 feet; thence South 00 degrees 25'12" East a distance of 1319.32 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51'11" West a distance of 1326.14 feet to the West line ofsaid SW 1/4; thence South 00 degrees 27'34" East along said West line a distance of 863.55 feet to the point of beginning.

Brief Description of Proposed Zoning District: This 92 acre PUD will be divided into 10 residential, office and/or commercial tracts. …
