(57337) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 125,852 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

In the matter of the application of R.C. Taylor Companies, Inc. for an order extending the purview of Order No. 219,297 so that 80 acre drilling and spacing units are estabished for the Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork and Bartlesville common sources of supply underlying the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 17 North, Range 5 East, Payne County, Oklahoma; amending said Order No. 219,297, as extended, so that the 80 acre drilling and spacing units established for said Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork and Bartlesville common sources of supply consist of governmental half quarter sections being formed by a line running North and South through the center of said NE 1/4; establishing

80-acre drilling and spacing units for the Tonkawa and Osage Layton common sources of supply underlying the NE 1/4 of Section 9; and, possibly providing that the order in this cause be madeeffective prior to the date said order is signed.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Payne County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order extending the purview of Order No. 219,297 so that 80 acre drilling spacing units are established for the Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork and Bartlesville common sources of supply underlying the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 17 North, Range 5 East, Payne County, Oklahoma; amending said Order No. 219,297, as extended, so that said 80 acre drilling and spacing units established for said Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego,
