THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of Coleman E. Leet, aka Coleman Leet, aka Coleman E. Leet, Sr., Coleman E. Leet, Jr., and Vee Leet, aka Willa Vee Leet, each deceased:

You and each of you are hereby notified that Mary Linda Carpenter, formerly Mary Linda Griffis, Ronnie E. Spencer and Charles G. Spencer, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of OklahomaCounty, State of Oklahoma, their Petition against the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of Coleman E. Leet, aka Coleman Leet, aka Coleman E. Leet, Sr., Coleman E. Leet, Jr., and Vee Leet, aka Willia Vee Leet, Defendants, alleging that said Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple and are in the actual and undisturbed possession, as a

life tenant and remaindermen, of the following described real property:

Lot Twelve (12) in the BARBER-SPENCER SUBDIVISION of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 24, Township 12 North, Range 4 West in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

that the Plaintiffs are the owners of said real property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that said Defendants, and their unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiffs which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiffs' title; that there has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Defendants; and praying that the Plaintiffs have judgment against the Defendants, and each of them, judicially determining the names and individual identity of each and all of the persons who took, or were entitled to take, said real property under the intestate laws of succession in force at the time of death of said deceased persons, and applicable to the distribution of said real property, and the proportion or part thereof that each took, or was entitled to take, as an heir of said deceased persons; that the unknown heirs, executors,

administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of said deceased persons be required to show by what right, title or interest, if any, that they now have in and to said real property adverse to the right, title and interest of Plaintiffs; that they be adjudged to have no right, title, interest or estate therein, and that the title of the Plaintiffs in and to said real property be quieted against the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of said deceased persons, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from
