GREETINGS:

You, and each of you, are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Mattye G. Hinds, has filed her Petition in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, in the above-entitled cause on the 11th day of June, 1985, and that if you do not appear and answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on file in the office of the Clerk of said County on or before the 25th day of July, 1985, the allegations in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, adjudging and decreeing that the Plaintiff is the owner of and is in actual and peaceful possession and occupancy of, and that the Plaintiff has been in the continuous, open visible, notorious and adverse possession for more than fifteen (15) years of, the following described real property situate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
