(59271) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 126,686 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Harper Oil Company. In the matter of the application of Harper Oil Company for an Order amending the well location provisions of Order No. 62,476, which established a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Tonkawa Sand common source of supply underlying Section 14, Township 15 North, Range 21 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma; and an Order amending the well location provisions of Order No. 199,075, which established a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Wolfcamp, Hoover Sand, Endicott, Avant, Cottage Grove, Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork, Atoka, Morrow, Springer, Chester, Mississippi Lime and Hunton separate common sources of supply underlying said Section 14, so

as to permit the applicant, or some other party, to drill, complete and produce a well at a point 660 feet South of the North line and 1290 feet West of the East line of said Section 14. Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: Woods Petroleum Corporation, TXO Production Corp., An-Son Corporation and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above named Applicant, Harper Oil Company, has filed its application requesting the Commission for an Order authorizing the Applicant, or some other party, to drill, complete and produce a well at a point 660 feet South of the North line and 1290 feet West of the East line of Section 14, Township 15 North, Range 21 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, in the Wolfcamp, Hoover Sand, Endicott, Tonkawa Sand, Avant, Cottage Grove, Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork, Atoka, Morrow, Springer, Chester, Mississippi Lime and Hunton separate common sources of supply, as the permitted well for the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of said Section 14, and as an exception to the well location provisions of Order Nos. …
