(60890) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 126,694 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Pathfinder Petroleum Corporation. In the matter of pooling oil and gas interest, designating the applicant, or some other party, as operator, and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Hoover Sands, Sams (Ragan), Tonkawa, Vertz, Avant, Osage Layton, (True) Layton, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Upper Skinner, Lower Skinner, Red Fork, Bartlesville and Misener separate common sources of supply underlying the 40-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Noble County,

Oklahoma; and in the Perry Gas Sand, Mississippi, Viola, First Wilcox and Second Wilcox separate common sources of supply underying the 80-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Noble County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living; or if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, and/or assigns; or, the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: The Wil-Mc Oil Corp., Loyd Jones Well Servicing Co., Inc. Olis V. Thompson and Mary Ann Thompson, Marion D. Burch and Faye L. Burch and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Noble County, Oklahoma.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above named Applicant, Pathfinder Petroleum Corporation, has filed its application requesting the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Hoover Sands, Sams (Ragan), Tonkawa, Vertz, Avant, Osage, Layton, (True) Layton, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Upper Skinner, Lower Skinner, Red Fork, Bartlesville and Misener separate common sources of supply for the production of oil from the 40-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Noble County, Oklahoma; and in the Perry Gas Sand, Mississippi, Viola, First Wilcox and Second Wilcox separate common sources of supply for the production of oil and gas from the 80-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 ofSection 34, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Noble County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof and designating the Applicant, or some other party as opeator of the unit well. …
