(61331) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 125,917 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Max V. Morgan Investments, Inc. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. In the matter of amending Order No. 281,237 as to the Bartlesville, Hunton, Bromide Dense, First Bromide, Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish, and Oil Creek common sources of supply to permit a well at a location 78 feet from the west line and 660 feet from the north line in the unit described as the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 12-8N-1W, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; same to be the well for the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of said Section, an 80-acre standup unit with a NW/SE well pattern established by said order which requires the well to be located no closer than 330 feet to the unit boundaries in the NW 40-acre tract and the SE 40-acre tract within any standard 80-acre drilling and spacing unit; and in the matter of amending Order No. 48,343 as to the Viola common source of supply to permit a well at a location 78 feet from the west line and 600 feet from the north line of the unit described as the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 12-8N-1W, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; same to be the well for the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section, a 40-acre unit established by said order which requires the well to be located no closer than 330 feet to the unit boundary in any standard 40-acre unit. Also to authorize the applicant or some other party to drill said well and possibly make the order effective on a date prior to the signing thereof.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Cleveland County, Oklahoma; and to Santa Fe Minerals; Williams Exploration Corporation; Bonray Energy Corporation.
