(61557) ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY No. P-85-1204 In the District Court of Oklahoma County State of Oklahoma.

In the matter of the estate of Junious Hawkins,

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Bernice Walton, Adminstratrix of the Estate of Junious Hawkins, Deceased, on File herein that there is good cause to sell the real and personal property, belonging to said estate, and described in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes.

There are insufficient funds in the estate to pay outstanding debts and expenses of administration.

Therefore it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of the said deceased, appear before the District Court of the county of Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, in the courtroom thereof, in the City of Oklahoma City, in said county and state on Aug 7, at 9:00 of said day, then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an order, as prayed for in the Petition should not be granted to the said Administratrix to sell said real and personal property of said deceased, at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as sheshall judge to be for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein. …
