(61739) AMENDED NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 127,237 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Inter-States Oil & Gas, Inc. Relief Requested: Drilling and Spacing Units. In the matter of establishing 160 acre units for the Ada Sand (Permian) formation underlying the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Garvin County, Oklahoma, by extending thereto Order No. 129,901; also, to amend Order No. 18,188 by deleting therefrom the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8 for which 20-acre units had been established for the Pennsylvanian formation and to thereafter establish 40-acre units for the Cisco, Hoxbar, Deese, Upper Dornick Hills, Lower Dornick Hills and Springer formations underlying said quarter section; also, to establish 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Viola, Simpson and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying said quarter section, and possibly providing that it be made effective on a date prior to the date of signing of the order.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Garvin County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that 160-acre drilling and spacing units be established for the Ada Sand (Permian) common source of supply underlying the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Garvin County, Oklahoma, by extending thereto the purview of Order No. 129,901. Also, Applicant requests that this Commission amend Order No. 18,188 by deleting therefrom the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8 for which 20-acre units had been established for the Pennsylvanian common source of supply. Thereafter, 40-acre drilling and spacing units should be established for the Cisco, Hoxbar, Deese, Upper Dornick Hills, Lower Dornick Hills and Springer formations underlying said Northwest Quarter of Section 8. …
