(62200) AMENDED NOTICE No. CJ-85-6132 In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the matter of the application of Kanaly Homes, Inc. and Robert Kanaly, Inc. for a decree vacating portions of the plat of Sterling Estates Addition, an addition to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, applicants.

TO: The City of Oklahoma City; Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County; the owners of property in STERLING ESTATES ADDITION, an Addition to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company; Oklahoma Natural Gas Company; Cox Cable of Oklahoma City, Inc.; Pan-Oklahoma Communications of Oklahoma City, Inc.; Southwestern Bell Telephone Company; all other claimants as franchise holders, and others having a special right or privilege granted by ordinance or legislative enactment to use the portion of the easements hereinafter described; all real property owners abutting and/or within 300 feet of the portion of the easements hereinafter described; and to the public in general.

You, and each of you, will take notice that on the 31st day of July, 1985, the undersigned filed a verified Amended Application in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to vacate portions of the plat of STERLING ESTATES ADDITION, an Addition to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:

All the public easements and streets located within and adjacent to Lots Twelve (12) through Fifty-four (54), inclusive, STERLING ESTATES ADDITION, an Addition to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, LESS AND EXCEPT the 20 foot utility easement running along the East property lines of Lots Twelve (12), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty-one (21), Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-four (24); AND All the lot lines, property lines and set-back lines found and contained in Lots Twelve (12) through Fifty-four (54), inclusive, STERLING ESTATES ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, EXCEPT the East lot lines of Lots Twelve (12), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty-one (21), Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-four (24), which are common rear lot lines for Lots One (1) to Eleven (11), STERLING ESTATES ADDITION, which are not being vacated;

and that said Application is to vacate and forever close the public dedicated utility easements hereinabove described from county, city, town or public use, including use by franchise holders and others having a special right or privilege granted by ordinance or legislative enactment to use said easements. …
