(62271) NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION 85-73-55 Pursuant to 69 OS 1971, 1203, as amended, the following listed items will be offered for sale at public auction in Oklahoma County for the highest acceptable bid at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 1985. A minimum bid of $1,750.00 will be required. The sale will be held on the premises located two blocks west of N.E. 21st and Walnut on Santa Fe Railroad property in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

00519(02), Parcel 131.1. 6530 sq. ft. irregular shape sheet metal building; 8720 sq. ft. rectangular sheet metal building; 4342 sq. ft. sheet metal building.

All improvements will be sold as one item. These improvements are located on right-of-way purchased for the improvement of the Central Expressway.

The buildings are currently occupied and will be vacated within two weeks from date of sale.

Purchasers of the buildings must remove same from the site on or before October 1, 1985 and the successful bidder of the buildings shall may payment in full by money order or cashier's check, payable to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Payment is to be made by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the sale at the Department of Transportation Building, 200 N.E. 21st Street, in the Relocation Branch, 3rd floor, room C-7.

The buildings and appurtenances will be sold without warranty of any kind and at the sole responsibility of purchasers. Purchasers will be obligated to make arrangements for disconnecting utilities, and securing licenses or permits to remove buildings from the site. In this regard it should be noted that the improvements being sold are located on the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa FeRailway Company property. The purchaser of the buildings must contact Santa Fe's Division Superintendent, D.F.
