NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of Oklahoma City will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance, extending the limits of the Planned Unit Development District from the "AA" Agricultural and "R-1" Single Family Residential Districts. A public hearing will be held by the City Council on August 27, 1985. The City Council meets in the Council Room, 3rd Floor, Municipal Building, 200 North Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Under the terms of said ordinance, the limits and boundaries of the "PUD" Planned Unit Develoment District would be extended to include the following described property:

A part of the South Half (S 1/2) of SW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 13 North, Range 3 West, Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point 610.10 feet South 89 degrees 51'53" East from the Southwest corner of the said South Half (S 1/2); thence North 0 degrees 14'53" West 355.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51'53"East 210.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 14'53" West 187.27 feet; thence East 260.00 feet; thence North 30 degrees 00'00" East 90.81 feet; thence North 11 degrees 36'21" West along the East line of Stone Ridge Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof a distance of 714.67 feet to a point on the North line of the said South Half (S 1/2); thence South 89 degrees 52'29" East along said North line 550.90 feet; thence South 0 degrees 34'55" East 241.36 feet; thence North 89 degrees 25'05" East 143.17 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 174.78 feet a distance of 19.12 feet; thence South 42 degrees 43'43" East 40.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 615.75 feet a distance of 132.98 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 675.75 feet a distance of 145.93 feet; thence South 42 degrees 43'43" East 37. …
